Almond Date Oatmeal Granola Crunchy Breakfast
1½ hours | 10 min prep | SERVES 4
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1 cup dates, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 250.
2. Mix oats, almonds, coconut, and cinnamon.
3. Add maple syrup, water.
4. Stir until well mixed.
5. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
6. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
7. Allow to cool slightly.
8. Put in mixing bowl.
9. Add dates, stir.
10. Return to baking sheet, allow finishing cooling.
11. Store in air-tight container.
