Banana Date Shake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups soy milk (use vanilla if you want)
6 large dates, pitted
2 frozen bananas
Directions
In a blender or food processor, puree all the ingredients until thick and creamy.

If you like a thinner shake, use 1/2-3/4 cup more milk.
