Carbon Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

1 ½  c Honey and Carob Spread 
2 1/4 c AM Multi Blend Flour
3 tbsp Unrefined vegetable oil     
3 tsp Non-alum baking powder
4 med Eggs      
1/2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
2 tsp Vanilla     
2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 c Milk or water           

 Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Measure honey and carob spread into large mixing bowl, add vegetable oil and mix.

Add eggs and blend with a spoon. Mix in vanilla and add milk or water well.

Mix all dry ingredients to liquids, stirring constantly.

Grease and flour bundt pan or 13" x 9" cake pan.

Pour batter into pan and top with 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes.
