3 Step No Bake Almond Cookies
This healthy and delicious recipe I got from a lady at my church, they're a hit, every time I make them.

Ingredients
2 cups almonds (ground up)
1/2 cup honey
coconut
Directions
1. Grind Almonds in a blender, pour in a bowl.
2. mix in enough honey to make a sticky dough and form into balls
3. Roll in coconut. (optional) I sprinkle in coconut in my mixture
4. Chill.
For this recipe I have used three different varieties of honey for each time I've made the recipe and the results were great. I bought all the honeys from Holy Food Imports since I can't get enough of their products.
